Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how EMARKET WEB SERVICE LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles refunds and cancellations for the Platform (https://findrentalnow.com).
1. No Cash Refunds for Used Credits
Credits that have been used to unlock leads are non-refundable. Once you have consumed credits to access lead contact or preference data, we do not issue cash (or other monetary) refunds for those credits. This applies regardless of whether the lead responded, the property was available, or you achieved any particular outcome.
2. Credit Refunds (Exceptional Cases)
In exceptional cases we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the form of platform credits (not cash). Examples include: lead data that was clearly invalid or materially incorrect (e.g. wrong contact information that could not reasonably be used); or a technical error on our side that resulted in you being charged credits without receiving the corresponding lead access. Such refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
3. Time Limit for Refund Requests
You must submit any refund request within a reasonable time after the relevant purchase or use of credits—typically within 30 days. Requests submitted long after the fact may not be considered.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send a clear description of your request and the reason to support@findrentalnow.com. Include your account details and, if applicable, the lead or transaction reference. We will review and respond in accordance with this policy.
5. Final Decision
Whether to grant a refund (in credits or otherwise) is at the sole discretion of EMARKET WEB SERVICE LLC. Our decision is final. We are not obligated to provide a refund except as required by applicable law (e.g. consumer protection in your jurisdiction).
6. Unused Credit Packs
If you have purchased a credit pack but not yet used the credits, eligibility for a refund (cash or credits) depends on our general terms and the payment processor's rules. Contact us to discuss your situation.
