These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services operated by EMARKET WEB SERVICE LLC ("we", "us", "our") at https://findrentalnow.com (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

The Platform is a SaaS marketplace that connects professionals (B2B users) with rental inquiry leads. We are not a real estate agency. We do not list properties, represent landlords or tenants, or provide real estate brokerage services. We provide access to lead data (contact and preference information) that you may use in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee: that any lead will respond to you; that any property will be available; that you will secure a rental or any other outcome. The Platform provides access to information only. Your use of that information and any resulting transactions are solely your responsibility.

3. Credits and Usage License

Credits are a usage license to unlock lead data on the Platform. They are not a physical or digital "product" that you own. Credits are consumed when you unlock a lead and are non-refundable once used, except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Unused credits may be subject to account and eligibility terms.

4. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. The Platform is intended for professional use (B2B). You must comply with all applicable laws when using lead data (e.g. consent, marketing, and privacy rules).

5. Prohibited Conduct and Abuse

You may not: use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes; scrape, resell, or redistribute lead data in violation of these Terms; harass leads or other users; circumvent security or access controls; or use the service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in abuse or fraud.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or for operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform and any unused credits may be revoked. Refunds are governed solely by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
